 Project Background & Challenge 

Our client is an edtech startup company focusing on k12 kids. 

Nowadays, kids get addicted to mobile phones. They can access various information, watch videos, play games, etc. it keeps kids quiet and entertained, but sometimes it becomes too much and it affects their development. Parents and society were concerned about this.  As we can’t watch our kids 24/7 and can’t really stop them from using mobile phones (as we adults use phones too, it seems unfair).

 

Therefore we need better quality screen time for the kids that can educate, improve their learning ability at school, increase their knowledge (and of course help them with school exams), while still having fun enough to entertain them. We want kids to experience the joy of learning through education games.

As an early stage startup company who wants to expand and penetrate in a new market (Indonesia). Our client came to us with a classic & important challenge such as stickiness metrics (low retention rate especially 1 day after sign up).
